Transparency

Every dollar accounted for, year after year.

Trust is the whole model. Since 2012, every campaign has published exactly what came in, what the platform charged, what the exchange rate was, and what every real bought at the wholesaler.

100% to toys

Every dollar donated buys toys. Transfer fees and incidentals have historically been covered personally by the organizer, and the food baskets and clothing are funded locally in Brazil, never from campaign money.

An invoice for every year

Every purchase since 2014 is documented by an official Brazilian tax invoice (NF-e). Earlier years have store receipts.

A packet for every donor

After each event, donors receive a spreadsheet reconciling gross donations, platform fees, the exchange rate, and the itemized purchase, to the penny.

The full donor packets (spreadsheets and scanned receipts) are shared with donors through Google Drive each year. We are migrating those folders to this page; until then, ask us and we will send any year’s packet the same day.

Donations to date have been personal gifts and are not tax-deductible. A New Hampshire 501(c)(3) is being formed in 2026; once approved, this page will carry the EIN and deductible-giving details.
